Observed Holidays
The Whitfield County Transit Service will be closed on County holidays. If the holiday falls on a Saturday, it will be observed on Friday. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, it will be observed on Monday.

Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday
6:30 am until 6:00 pm with the last call back pick up at 4:30 pm.
Additional Information
No food, drink, tobacco related products, alcohol, or drugs are allowed on the transit vehicles.
Pets are not allowed, except for handicapped assistance.
Reservations
We recommend trips be scheduled at least the day before, as trips are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. Please have the complete street address of the destination available for the dispatcher. For a scheduled return trip without a pick up time, please call the transit office when you are ready to be picked up and a vehicle will be dispatched to you.
Safety
Per the DOT’s ADA Regulations, all passengers must have their mobility devices secured while aboard Whitfield County Transit vehicles. All passengers must wear their seatbelts and stay seated while the bus is in motion.
